1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Gear that shows signs of wear, sweat, or impact testing will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-branded equipment manufactured specifically for your gym or fight team.

• Items purchased during final clearance sales.

• Gift cards.

3. The Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number. Once your return is authorized, we will provide shipping instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a direct manufacturing defect.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
